Shipping Policy

JOYA Bilingual Learning ships to addresses within the United States only. Standard shipping costs $8 per order.

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–4 business days after purchase. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Delivery time begins after the order ships and varies by destination and carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Tracking information will be included when available.

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to request a correction, contact us as soon as possible at joyalearning@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has shipped.
